SK Blooms — Refund & Replacement Policy
We do not accept returns or offer refunds.
However, if your product arrived damaged or leaked due to a courier issue, we've got you covered. Simply reach out to us within 24 hours of receiving your order via:

Please include your order number and clear photos of the damaged product. Once reviewed, we'll send a replacement as soon as possible.
Please note:
- Damage must be caused by the courier — not due to misuse or incorrect storage.
- Claims raised after 24 hours of delivery may not be accepted.
- We reserve the right to assess each case individually before issuing a replacement.
